I'm a mother and grandmother to my 27 year old daughter, 8 year old granddaughter, and 6 year old grandson. I'm also an independent Younique Presenter, independent Team Beachbody Coach, Usui Reiki Master, and Ordained Minister. To further expand my health & wellness coaching business and better help my clients, I'm currently enrolled in the Certified Primal Health Coach program.

I have an office in New Port Richey, Florida for local Reiki & coaching clients. However, most of my health & fitness coaching is done via Facebook private messaging & Facebook support & accountability groups, phone calls, texting and video calls.
I've been an ordained minister & Reiki practitioner since 1998. I practice Usui Reiki and will soon be offering Violet Flame Reiki. For those interested, I use a Chakra set of Tibetan singing bowls to facilitate healing. I'm also a Reiki Master and teach classes.
I personally had an amazing transformation using a Beachbody program and lost over half my body weight. So coaching is something very personal to me and I'm very passionate about helping others be the best version of themselves.
I was also a NASM Certified Personal trainer for a couple of years but let my certification lapse last year. I decided to focus on coaching instead of personal training.
I'm currently enrolled in the Certified Primal Health Coach program and can teach you about ancestral health and wellness if that is something you are interested in along with a Beachbody program. That would just be included with the Beachbody coaching. I haven't finished my certification yet, so I can't charge for those services separately. But I have years of experience eating Primally and coaching others.
